These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Vertex AI (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our site or enrolling in our program, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Overview
This program is designed to help you build and grow your own AI agency. We provide coaching, systems, templates, scripts, and tools for lead generation and client acquisition.
We guarantee that if you follow our systems, implement the work, and meet the participation requirements, you will generate at least $10,000 USD in qualified client quotes within 60 days. If not, we will continue working with you at no extra cost until you do.
2. Guarantee Conditions
To qualify for the guarantee, you must:
• Complete the work outlined and show proof of effort
• Follow the systems, templates, and strategies provided
• Dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week to implementation
• Attend required calls and training sessions
• Take reasonable action on feedback and direction
What counts as "$10K in clients" is defined as prospective clients clearly agreeing to move forward with your offer—whether verbally, via signed contract, payment link sent, or similar. We do not guarantee money actually being transacted as that is outside our control.
If you do not meet the program requirements or fail to put in the work (as determined at our sole discretion), you will not qualify for the guarantee. Refunds are not provided except in rare cases at our sole discretion.
3. Ownership & Use
All templates, tools, and systems provided during the program are yours to keep and use. You may use them for your own business but not sell, distribute, or license them to others.
4. Pauses & Access
You may request to pause or defer the program at any time. Doing so voids the 60-day guarantee but you will retain access to materials and support.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the program for misconduct, breach of these Terms, or failure to meet requirements. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and access to the program may be revoked at our discretion.
6. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
