Who Is This For?

If you're looking for another lazy course where you watch a few recycled videos and convince yourself you're making progress, click away. Those types of people will fail miserably anyway.

This is for people who are serious about building or scaling a real AI agency, whether you've already got clients or you're starting from zero.

My Background

  • Crushed school, got into NYU Stern and Columbia — rejected both. All my peers rushed into $200K private equity & investment banking jobs (basically $20/hour in disguise). But I knew getting a j*b was a trap.

  • Decided to go all-in on my first business: a private tutoring company which I scaled to $1M/year with zero employees, just contractors.

  • Started and failed multiple ventures. Kept learning.

  • Launched my AI agency and scaled to $75K/month with minimal overhead and fully remote.

3 Mistakes You Are Making

Although I did find huge success, I also made a ton of mistakes along the way. Here are the top 3 that kept my agency broke — and chances are, you’re making at least one of them right now without even realizing it.

If all it takes to impress you is some pretty images, go ahead and apply below. But if you have more than a 5-second attention-span and are actually capable of some critical thought — keep reading.

1) Picking the Wrong Niche / Business Model

This is where most people get it wrong before they even start.

Pick the right niche, and the business almost builds itself. Clients say yes fast, you get results, you scale.

Pick the wrong one, and you’ll spend months pitching broke businesses, wasting time or getting buried in compliance hell.

I’ve done both.

At first, I chased small local businesses — plumbers, gyms, cafes. Most barely had cash flow, let alone budget for AI automations.

So then I went after “high-value” verticals like healthcare. Biggest mistake of my life. I spent 3 months trying to connect an AI receptionist to a medical clinic's locked-down CRM. Got deep into privacy protocols, tech limitations and endless legal BS. Deal collapsed. Thousands of wasted hours. Pisses me off thinking about it again. That's why you need to choose the right niche.

The reality is most industries aren’t ready for AI. We're here to make money — not waste time forcing it in a niche where it just doesn't work.

After tons of trial and error, I've filtered through the noise and found the best 5 niches where:

• Clients are actively looking for and have the budget for AI solutions

• There’s minimal red tape and obstacles

• You can scale fast and hard

2) Not Having A Clear, Compelling Offer

Saying you “do AI” isn’t an offer.

Knowing how to use ChatGPT, N8N or these other AI tools means nothing if you can’t package it into something businesses actually want to buy.

Early on, I pitched vague things like, “I can build automations,” “I can integrate AI”.

No one knew what they were buying. So they didn’t.

Unclear value = ignored.

If your offer isn’t specific, outcome-driven and framed as delivering real business value — leads, revenue, costs — you won’t close clients.

You’ll start thinking “no one wants AI,” when the truth is millions of businesses do — you just have an offer problem, a lead quality problem, a sales problem, or most likely, all three.

Nobody cares about some random AI automation that sorts email inboxes — and the ones that do, aren't dropping thousands for it.

They want growth. More customers. Better margins.

And all this ties back to fixing mistake #1: the right offer, paired with the right niche, is everything.

3) Not Prioritizing Lead Generation

An AI agency is still a business. And a business without leads is just a tech hobby that makes no money.

Early on, I did dumb stuff. I literally stood outside dentists' offices hoping to catch the owner so I could pitch voice AI agents. I sent cold emails that got ignored. I even printed out flyers at one point like an idiot.

What you need is systems that bring in a steady flow of qualified leads who actually want your AI services. If you do it right, you’ll never worry about where your next client is coming from and you can focus on the rest of the business.

I’ll show you the three best lead channels I used that got me to $75K/month.

Why Am I Doing This?

I’m going to be honest. I have a bigger motive here.

I received a multi-7-figure all-cash acquisition offer for my AI Agency. But I turned it down.

Why?

Because AI is the new oil and owning scalable assets, AI infrastructure and equity is my long-term play.

I’m using this program to identify, develop, and invest in a small circle of high-performance people who can eventually become partners in larger vehicles. Think of it as a live deal flow filter: I mentor you, build a lean, cash-flowing agency with you and if suitable, we talk equity, partnership and real capital.

Whether your ambition stops at $10K/month and freedom, or stretches toward building an eight-figure asset, both paths start here.

If you understand the gravity of that, fill out some details below, book a call and let’s talk...

FAQ

So is this just another course — what is it?

Absolutely not. I HATE courses — that's what these so-called 'AI influencers' try to peddle you. Instead, This is an opportunity to work 1:1 with someone who's actually built and scaled AI agencies. I've gone through all the challenges and I know what works and doesn't. You get proven frameworks, DFY assets, and direct support to shortcut years of trial and error.

How fast will I get clients?

Most get results in 2–3 weeks. Depends how fast you move.

Do I need previous experience?

Nope. It helps, but not required. I’ve taught literal 10-year-olds. You’ll be fine.

How much time does it take per week?

Around 10 hours per week. But again, depends how fast you want to grow and how much help you need.

Is there a guarantee?

Obviously — because unlike most 'gurus', I actually know what the f I'm doing and talking about. I’ve helped scale hundreds of agencies, so that's how I can offer a killer guarantee: $10K+ clients in 60 days or less or we keep working with you for FREE until you do.
